Custom Google Checkout

Hi, was wondering if anyone new if you could customise the googlecheckout to work in a similar way to the DELL or Apple computer config options, where you select using a radio button what you would like to add to your computer and this is added up as you go along before you then add the customised system to your cart.

Any help much appreciated
