help with vert collapsable menu

I would like this menu to do 2 things it’s not doing:

I can’t get the header link to go the the page (aboutheshow.html)

Also, I would like the submenu to stay open when on the page, for instance when you are on the about the show page, I would like the submenu to be open.

Any help I would really appreciate! thank you

OH, sorry, there is no difference between the 2 pages now, Im just using it as a test...

Yes, I would like the sub menu to remain open when on that main page or sub page, for instance: When the "about the show" page is open, I want the sub menu for the about the show page open...
