How to update SQL from Excel?

hi all

I have an excel sheet where I have all hundreds of rows of ItemCodes and Prices and an SQL Table where I have fields ItemCode and Price and have values in them already…

I have edited the price in the excel sheet. now I want to update the SQL Table with these updated values… can u suggest me how to do it… any idea…

@NogDogDec 28.2009 — One way would be to save the Excel data as a CSV file, then load that into your database. In MySQL you could use the [url=http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/load-data.html]LOAD DATA INFILE[/url] command.
