Open new window without toolbar and etc..without useing a link?

Hi!
Is there anyway to make a window/(a new page) to resize itself, and disabled the toolbars and also set resizable to false once the window/page has been loaded or is loading?

Cause I can’t do it by useing this technique eplained here:

Since my CMS-doesnt support javascript, but I can use javascript in the file thats supposed to be the actuall pop-up…

Kind a tricky too explain..but I hope you guys get it :rolleyes:?

Any ideas?
