Error in Javacode within IE8 null or not an object?

Hi!

Ok now I don’t like IE8 (well i did not before but now even more!) I just completed a website [url]www.multiglow.com[/url] and found I’m getting the IE8 warning in the bottom left corner stating there are errors: copy below:

This part in question is javascript for the CSS navigation bar at the top, and have found no way to resolve it, can anyone shed some light on this, as im not strong on Javascript.

I did google it but nothing really resolved it.
