Problem with JS Form (newbie alert!)

Greetings folks. I am not only new to JS, but also to this forum. I am attempting to create a form which enables a user to copy their text anywhere from 1 to 10 times. My script isn’t working and am looking for a little guidance. Perhaps somebody could shed a little light on the prob? Remember, I’m a newbie to JS here. 😮

The URL is:

@FangNov 18.2009 — <form id="form1" name="form1" method="post" action="#" onsubmit="addtext(); return false;">
Also the name values in the JavaScript do not match with those in the html.

@MotleyauthorNov 18.2009 — Fang.. thanks for the reply. However I am still having probs with it. It robably has to do with some name value I am missing or something. Would anyone mind taking a look at this again (new url + page) and seeing if ya can figure out what the heck this newbie is doing wrong?
