Need advice on sites browser compatibility css etc

Have been told that n browsers older than firefox 3.0 and IE8 the site below doesnt load as fast and is sometimes not aligned properly

Since I do not have the ability or machines to have multiple different browser versions installed on my laptop etc I could use some help and advice as to which browsers it looks strange in and what might be causing it

So that I can code in some fixes for those browsers etc
