IE7 and window width calculation

Hello everyone,

I am facing problem with the calculation of windowidth in IE7. It work correctly in IE6 and IE8. But it is giving wrong values in IE7. Can some one please help to figureout the problem.

Below is the piece of code i am using to get the window width.

width = window.innerWidth || doc.body.offsetWidth || doc.documentElement.offsetWidth;

PS: The same thing is provide the correct value when resize the window
