what could be the purpose of this css line

.css-tab .css-tab-main set a, .css-tab.css-tabs-collaps .css-tabs-nav li.css-tabs-select a {cursor:pointer;}

what i want to know is why has so many words before {cursor:pointer;} and why would i do this is not my code i am just doing examples and checking others examples. any opinion is welcome.
