window focus problem in IE 6 SP2

I have 2 IE windows. Window A hosts a LocalConnection Object (Sender) of FLASH object and Window B hosts another LocalConnection Object(Listener) of FLASH

Sender send a message to Listener and tell the Window B to be in focus (Using ExternalInterface.call(“window.focus”)) but it is failed. Window B “flash” in the taskbar but cannot be put to front.

does anyone has idea on it?
