Website Issue in IE8

Hey everyone I am having a problem figuring out the issue. The webpage with the problem is

Some users, NOT ALL, are having issues in IE8 when filling out the form. When you type in the form the preview section below will show a real time proof for them to see. The first issue is some fields do not get shown in the proof.

The second issue is that some of the users are able to type in info until they get to the Phone 1: drop down box and then must click the check box at the bottom in order to continue filling out the form.

I am so lost right now because I have tried it on 6 different computers all running the version of IE8 the guy had a problem on. I know it is happening too because he showed me on his computer. We have had a small amount of complaints about this issue, but it is definitely one I need to get fixed.

Let me know if you have any ideas.

Bump away. But since this appears to be a javascript problem, you would have had a better chance of an answer if you had posted in the appropriate section.
