Help With Image Gallery

My website is all in php, and I don’t know the first thing about javascript. The way I have the image section set up now is there’s one large image and tumbnails below. When you click the thumbnail it changes the variable, reloads the page and then shows the large version of thumbnail clicked.

What I need help with with doing this with javascript where it changes the image instantaneously with out reloading the page every time.

A List Apart has a tutorial that can be easily adapted. And there are hundreds more available. Choose one and play with it.

You could also search for "php image gallery" and find other options.

Find something, take it apart and see where that leads you.
