Directory Editor

Hey everybody,
I need help be cause I am making an admin page for my website. All the login… is done but now I need something to administrate with, so I need a directory editor. Its just a table that shows the content of a file ( in this case “downloads”) and has option to edit a file, download a file to the computer, upload a file to the directory (downloads) go to the file on the website (link to the file on the website)delete files…

I know this is stupid, but I can’t use MySql.And plz don’t ask me why, I don’t know.

So this is what I need, I am really bad at php ( thats why I am asking all the time for help here)

PS: Please can you give me the script? I am on a tight deadline and don’t have the time to search, test… all the scripts on the internet

I do. It's because you can't be bothered to learn.

If you want help because you are stuck with a particular problem, you are in the right place. If you want people to just write your apps for you, you should hire a developer.

Actually, thats not true. its because my friend ( for who I am making the website) wanted it to be hosted free, and he chose 110mb.com. Of course 110mb can use MySql, but you have to pay for that, and thats exactly what he didn't want.

And if you don't beleive me, you can go on the website here. And if you go here, you can see some of the scripts that Welsh wrote for me.

I read this thread after seeing about 5 threads from you in which you basically ask someone to write a script for you and was perhaps a little blunt. However you will do better to try to learn some of this stuff for yourself instead of trying to get everyone to write all of your scripts for you. It's a useful skill to have.

My scripts are sub par generally and i only did the ones because I wanted the challenge, something like this is much more intensive than just a single script, your looking at various different scripts (edit, upload, delete, view, etc).

Also was it really wise to take on a project with a tight deadline with a language that you arent very good at?

Did you try looking for what you need in one of the many script repositories????

Find something close and modify it. There is a ton of stuff available for you to play with!

THEN, you can ask about things that you don't understand... or would that be too much like work?
