Javascript tree menu with items to display

Hi guys,

nice forum you have. Glad I could be part of it.
My question is: does anybody know a Java script tree with nodes, but displaying the last nodes (any information dynamically created). It looks like the picture below.

@JMRKERSep 09.2009 — I think this is just a modified vertical menu with sub-item selections.

Among a host of others, here are some examples:

Could also be done with CSS menus. Do a search of his forum or google it for more examples.
