WYSIWYG Word Processor for Web Applications

I would like an application (much like the one on this site) which allows me to write text and upload it to the web as HTML. All I need is something that turns my text into HTML by storing it in a text file on my server.

This particular writer uses tags (like [B][/B]). I would like it to actually turn my text bold. I know they’re out there because I’ve seen them.

Does anyone know where I can get one of these WYSIWYG editors?
