Simple Anchor Tag Issue….

Hello to all…

I’m just trying to figure out why my anchor tag isn’t working. It’s only for one link though (temporarily).

This is the url: [url]http://ibtestsite.info/Delegates3.html[/url]

It’s the link titled “Affiliates”. I’ve given it a ‘href’ location but it’s not going anywhere. I checked to see if I had any <div>’s overlapping and I corrected that, but still can’t seem to figure out why the anchor tag isn’t active..any suggestions?
