video over menu problem

as I googled ‘wmod’ I found that there were issues with other browswers than IE, such as ff. Therefor I try to post it here to see if there are an CSS-solution to this problem.

I’ have a problem with my site, but since it are’nt ready yet, have a look at this site [url]http://pryl.feber.se/[/url] that has got the same problem.

If you scroll the page everything works fine until you come to a videoclip, the videoclip lays itself OVER the menu! How do you prevent this from happening??

I dont have a fixed menu on top of my site, but a flyout menu, thou the solution should be the same i believe.
