CSS style for mobile devices

I’m hoping someone can either send me a css sheet or point me in the right direction; I want to enable my website, a not for profit healthcare-related site, for mobile phones, iPhones etc.

I dont know where to start on this type of css style.

I’m reasonably able to adapt style sheets for my purpose, so any examples will be very gratefully received.

@webdeveloper074Aug 21.2009 — The best thing about designing CSS for mobile is you need to know which css property will not work on which mobile rather then knowing which property will work on which handset.Properties like margin,padding dont work on few phones. You have to find a work around for it.
