CSS Vertical Scrollbar problem on IE

Alright, my vertical scrollbar appears as intended, but the content within it seems to ignore my overflow setting and breaks out of the box in IE. Firefox is working correctly, any ideas? Click Business & Technology from the page below (located below the video in a menu)

@ncblazekauthorAug 18.2009 — Ah nevermind, the items inside were declared with position:relative;

Removing that resolved my problem!
