Transparency

Hi

How can I made my website appear at the beginning under a transparency with a sentence “welcome to our website. In order to help you better please enter your email” and underneath a field for the user to write an email. After that the transparency goes and the web site can be navigated. Of course I do have to set up on my sql database a table called email or something like that in order the same user not having the necessity to write the email every time that uses the website. I do not want to make a login type. Just in order to now the mails for posterior contact.
