Help with my form???

Hi there,

I have cretaed a form and link it with my mysql database, so that users can apply online giving their name and stuff…

My problem now is that I don’t know how to make easy someone to know if a user has applied online… Should I put an email address so every user who registers will sent automatically an email to [email][email protected][/email]??? If this is the best way to keep track in my form, how can I do it???

Some help pleaseee…

@EpicKrisJul 04.2009 — I could do with this too as you mention it. I'm presuming you mean sending an email to the user after they register?

@criterion9Jul 05.2009 — If you want a simple email sent to you you can do that. For scalability you might look into a database component in addition to an email letting you know a user filled out the form so you don't have to manually keep track of all the details.
