Appointment / Schedule Help

Hi,
I want to create scheduler for the employees in the company on particular date.
i.e. below the particular date, i want the columns of the all the employees in the company, and manage there current appointment.

I want all the functionality and GUI like it but in attached image format.

Is there any scheduler component(JS) available like above 1 or If somebody can guide me to edit the above component.

Also i am using ASP.NET, so I also want to configure database and connection settings for it.
