HELP needed urgently

I am trying to create a simple links page on my blog

Using a html editor. I need to create a links page and place all the links page.
For some reason can’t find any useful html codes i can copy and paste into my editor.

As a second problem i have is getting an image on my address bar.
I have one .ico file can i use FTP client and upload to my server then add html code to the head tag?

yes, you need to upload the .ico file to your site and add this to the head of your html:

<link REL="SHORTCUT ICON" HREF="http://site.com/pics/icon.ico">
