Label image with header above image (not overlaying image)

Here’s a link to the first page that displays correctly.

This page doesn’t display correctly (per first page), but I’d like to find a more eloquent CSS solution than the one in the first page.

I’d like to find a more eloquent CSS solution (for the second page) to achieve the same label/image positioning as in the first page.
