[RESOLVED] Safari debug menu no longer works?

I’m using Safari 3.2.2 on both Windows Vista and XP.

I’ve been trying to enable the debug menu, the guides I find on Google don’t match the files stored by Safari.

Every search gives me the same result for Safari 3 on Windows:
c:Documents and Settingsyour usernameApplication DataApple ComputerSafariPreferences.plist
But there is no Preferences.plist, not any more!

So I’ve tried to place the following tags:
<key>IncludeDebugMenu</key>
<true/>
Into: C:Documents and SettingseldareApplication DataApple ComputerSafariWebKitPreferences.plist

and

C:Documents and SettingseldareApplication DataApple ComputerSafariPreferencescom.apple.Safari.plist

And while adding the tags to the com.apple.Safari.plist file seems to enable the debug menu, I still can’t open the javascript error console.

What’s going on?

Thank you.
