PHP: XML Generation Question

Hello,

I have a PHP script that outputs XML.

I’m trying to add a tag to include a link to an XSLT document (<?xml-stylesheet type=”text/xsl” href=”filename.xslt”?>)

How would I be able to add this above the root node? The code is in the attachment.
