Sending php form data to mysql db

Have a ‘submit new ad’ form on one web site and want to include others (sub-domains).
Figure that on the original form, I will include radio buttons representing sub-domains.
What would be the statement that I would use for a button to represent a sub-domain, to send information to an exclusive db.
If you could direct me to some type of material on this topic, it would really be appreciated.

@ryanlundMay 24.2009 — Do you already know the PHP and MySQL for inserting data into the database? Because if you dont know this much you need to have a look around google for PHP & MySQL tutorials.

Other than that i cant really help without writing the entire thing for you, which i dont do - since it kinda goes against the whole writing code for people for a living idea...

@ryanlundMay 24.2009 — Right everytime you interact with a database chances are your going to want to send a query - using the mysql_query function.

Read this http://www.freewebmasterhelp.com/tutorials/phpmysql for more info on how to use a database.
