Ajax causes to open a pop up.

Hi my friends,
I am using ajax in one of my project. The server time is taken by Ajax method each minute. So I have a call back to server using Ajax every minute. Some time often this cause a new pop up window to open. The window will contain text null.

what can be the reason? any idea appreciated..
