trying to get a flash exe to open new windows

i am trying to get a flash exe to open new windows which are essentially popups (no menu,scroll, etc) Works fine when parent movie is in swf format on html page. I would like to know if there is any javascript which will work from an exe (which is not embedded in html) Is this possible?
