Another Browser Compatibility Issue

I’m using CSS for my web site (which is currently haphazard) [url]http://www.wanttobevagabond.com[/url] The site shows up and functions correctly in Firefox, but is missing images and misaligned in IE (of course). I’m guessing it has to do with a small CSS tweak, but I don’t know what that tweak is. I also have some Java script in there that calls a random banner image. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
