image and flash showing up in preview but not on hosted site

I used a template for a site that I am doing volunteering what little skills I have to help a npo. When I preview the site with dreamweaver everything works right, my flash header is good and jpeg headers are good when I look at it live the flash is not there and two of the jpeg headers are not there the space is there for them but they just aren’t showing. They flash file and both headers are definitely posted up to the site I triple checked. Any help would be great. The site is [url]www.seanmillsdesigns.com/lifeline[/url]
