PHP + limit the software use to 2 systems +exculde the coding

I have created a simple [U]software(PHP & SQL)[/U] for my company.

1> Thay want me to[B] limit the software use to 2 systems [/B]only.

2> When they provide the software to the user they just want me to display only the [B]execution part[/B] [I]excluding [/I]the [B]PHP Coding[/B].

(ie In VB we can perform (exe part)such task.How to do in PHP)

Can anyone suggest me how it is possible.
