Doctype problem with table layout

I m having a little problem that i cannot figure out, if i remove the doctype tag, the table looks fine and with the doctype the table looks ugly, i want xhtml1-strict to match my whole site, is there anyone who can help, i m attaching the file, please let me know whats wrong.
