Images with MYSQL and PHP

Here is the page:

I want to able to Retrieve Image Files from MySQL using PHP. The page above is for a car site with preown cars. But it is pure text want to have an image that will associated with its each link of the individual car from the database. Which I have attached. Any Help Anyone??

How do I:

input the path of image to text file??

[upl-file uuid=a15a8579-4f86-4f7b-8a51-385009b8bd4c size=2kB]preown.txt[/upl-file]
