Statisticly find all domain names regidstted in New York, NY

Hey all im doing reserch paper and I need to find all domain names registred in Manahhtan NY. I know all domain info is pablic but I cant find any CSV or DB where i can form a request to get stats I need. So maybe some one had come accros any data like this?

I need # of all domains in NY and then I need to do brake down based by corporate/ business or private domain.

Any ideas where to find or how to extract such info?
