Small image not displaying

I have a small image of an arrow below the main nav that indicates location. It is showing up nicely in FF, but IE is giving me the finger. Does anyone know what the issue is:

@FangApr 21.2009 — The image was bottom-aligned in a block element, pushing it below the banner.

The div was not necessary anyway, divitis, a problem much of your code suffers from.
