Centering This Specific Div

Review the text in the green bar. I would like for that to have a margin of 20px auto, which like the container div below and the top_header div on top it has an auto margin and is neatly in the middle of the browser in any browser.

How can I set the text to have the same idea? Right now I have it set to certain padding lengths, but this won’t work in other browsers except the one I am testing it in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
