php 6 for mac?

hi guys, i’m developing from a mac, i need to make copple of exercises which requires the MYsqli library, which is not supported by php5
i’m currently using a MAMP all in one on my mac.
i could not find any php6 release for macintosh, is there a way to let php 5 recognise mysqli?

It's still in development. I've not heard anything yet suggesting when we should be expecting an official, stable release.

The preinstalled php5 on mac does not know those extensions, mamp doesnt either.

Has some of you ever used xamp or other all-in-one packages?

@NogDogApr 07.2009 — I've used XAMPP on Windoze, but not recently, and it was fine. I would assume that the latest Mac versions include the necessary MySQLi clients, but no promises from me (I've worked in Windoze and Linux, but not Mac).
