scrolling overflow divs in sink

I’m trying to make it so that these two overflow:scroll divs will scroll together. The only way I could think to do it is to use window.setInterval() and have it equate the two .scrollLeft attributes. The only problem with doing things this way is you get a really wierd looking lag between one and the other, and i just have a feeling that there has got to be a better way. I searched on google but all i could find where people doing the same thing I was. I dunno anyone know of a better way?

Do you mean auto-scrolling and if so what happens when they bottom-out?

Do you mean synchronised scrolling when the user scrolls one of them?

Do you mean something else?

Is this the type of synchronised div scrolling you mean? http://scripterlative.com/files/synchdivscroll.htm
