Php error messages!

Hey guys, i’m having a problem with my site, suddenly my images won’t work! I have found the following error messages in admin side BUT don’t know how to fix them! Could you please help?

I get a handful of error messages when trying to upload:

move_uploaded_file(/home/interscr/public_html/product_images/t/davy_jones__43503.jpg) [function.move-uploaded-file]: failed to open stream: Permission denied 23rd Mar 2009 @ 5:01 PM

I have checked the file permissions and they all seem to be fine and i even set it to 777and still no luck!!
