can popups create popups in IE7

First time posting a thread so I hope this is ok.

Don’t know what the “tags” are so haven’t added any.

I have managed to successfully open a popup window in IE7 but for some reason the exact same code in the popup cannot open a popup itself.

I’ve even tried via calling the original function with top.opener in the popup but this doesn’t work.

@FangMar 19.2009 — [I]top[/I] is used for frames, [I]opener[/I] for child documents. Which are you using?
