Text resizing issue

Hi all,
i have a question how to allow the resizing in IE only via Ctrl+/Ctrl-?
In many pages when i click from the browser options Text size>larger then… nothing happens. How this is done? Please help

@CharlesMar 11.2009 — #As somebody with bad eyes let me tell you that it's a very bad thing to do. Some of us need to increase the text size.
