How do I automate this scenario?

I have a scenario I want to implement and would like some ideas on how to go about doing this.

On my site, a user will be able to browse to a particular page and click the ‘cash out’ button. Once the user does this, we will cut a check and send it to the user at their residential address. I want to be able to automate this process…so that whenever a user cashes out, the information will be recorded onto the database and then at the end of the day, the printer will scan the database and print the checks.

How do I go about implementing this?
