running scripts on a timer

I want to run a scrip at 11pm that sends a email to me.

but i dont know how to run a script if i dont hit a particular page?

so i am awskjing of there is a way to run a scrip that at a time on the server?

It's easier than it looks!

On Windows use schedule tasks.
