Need Help on a URL issue

i have a website that is set up for an event.

[url]http://www.EVENTNAME.com/Client[/url]

The client printed out her invitations with out the .com.

[url]http://www.EVENTNAME/Client[/url]

It there anything that could be done from and IT standpoint (some sort of alias redirect) that can direct people to the correct URL? With out the .com I can not think of a way?

Let me know if this should is a topic for another forum.

I appeciate the help!
