Fail safe popup windows

Hi,

Could someone please post a possible method of displaying a popup window on onClick event and satisfy following.

  • 1. Should bypass popup blockers

  • 2. Should appear absolute center of screen

    • I could have use DIV popups, but as I am working with a framed page, moving div and centering have issues.

    @felgallFeb 26.2009 — Doing it in the page is the only way to guarantee it - I have my browser configured to just open a new tab in the existing browser if a request gets past the blocker in the first place and so no pages are going to appear centred if they are opened separately.

    To get past most blockers place it in an onclick event so that your visitors perform an action to request it.
