Importing large .sql file

Hi,
I have an exported sql file with 35MB of size. And i would like to import it online to my site using PhpMyadmin, but it hangs.
Anyone got idea how to import this mysql file?
The host is not responding to solve this problem. Iam looking for an alternative solution.

Thanks in advance
M

@criterion9Feb 22.2009 — If you have access to the command line and a simple web server from your end you can use wget xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/your_file.sql (where xxx=your IP) and then execute it as a local file from the server.
