Document management tool

I have a site that has around 200 records. Each record has around 5 to 10 files associated with it. Users have an upload tool to upload documents (word doc and powerpoints) where some files are up to 100 mb. Everything is managable right now but was wondering if there is a file management tool that someone can recommend to manage all the documents that are associated with each of my record?
