Careers Portal like Monster.com

Hello everyone,

I have been asked to create a careers/job posting website and I would like to know if anyone here has come across some templates or pre packaged sites that I can use as a starting point.

Visitors seeking a job should be able to upload resumes for free, and businesses seeking employees should have to pay to advertise available positions. Something similar to Monster.com or any of those career sites.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
