I have a problem with a site we did about a month and a half ago. I placed keywords in the metas (from the client- they aren’t very good), I registered the site with search engines, and I gave each page a unique name. However, this site does not appear in search results at all. Not even if you go to google and put in the exact URL! Needless to say, our client wants better results.
I am at a loss for what the problem could be. I have gone through the exact same steps I did for another site and it has very good search rankings now. What have I done wrong? Could it be that the client’s keyword list she wanted is too full of redundant terms and the search engines are punishing? Or, have I made some mistake?
